Mladić helpers identified in RS

The Republic of Srpska Secretariat for Hague Tribunal Cooperation says that it has identified new members of war crimes fugitive Ratko Mladic’s support network. The Secretariat said that three people had been questioned in an effort to garner more information regarding Mladic’s whereabouts. Mladic helpers identified in RS According to a report, the RS police, in cooperation with Tribunal investigators and NATO and EUFOR officials in Bosnia-Herzegovina, have analyzed written letters and photographic documents confiscated in searches of buildings and flats related to the network of Mladic’s accomplices. The report, which focuses on the last three months of 2008, states that the RS Interior Ministry has worked on locating, arresting and eliciting the voluntary surrender of the remaining Hague fugitives, and has “singled out several interesting individuals by taking intelligence-operative and military-police measures towards them.”
