Two explosive devices detonated in Presevo at around 02:00 CET this morning, Beta news agency reports. One was heard near a former green market, while the second took place some 200 meters from the town hall. Judge: Presevo blasts acts of terrorism Police said that there were no injuries in the blasts. Cars parked on a sidewalk were damaged and several windows shattered. Vranje District Court Investigative Judge Stanisa Mihajlovic said that the attacks have been characterized as acts of terrorism. He also explained that the blasts came from hand grenades rather than planted explosive devices. Judge Mihajlovic was joined by Vranje's district public prosecutor, his deputy, and MUP inspectors as they conducted an investigation of the scene this morning. Presevo is located in the volatile south of the country, a region that has the largest ethnic Albanian population in Serbia outside of Kosovo.
