A Hague Tribunal spokeswoman Nerma Jelacic has dismissed Vojislav Seselj’s claims that the Secretariat has barred him from communicating with Radovan Karadzic. Nerma Jelacic told reporters that Seselj’s submission yesterday did not reflect the truth, and that there was currently no ban on communication with Karadzic, but that if he wished to speak to the former Bosnian Serb leader, the same rules applied to the Radical leader as applied to other inmates.
