A European Commission mission will be in Belgrade on Monday, Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic says. The mission is set to consider Serbia's readiness to enter the so-called white Schengen list visa regime. EC mission arrives Monday Djelic told Beta news agency on Sunday that four such EC missions will arrive in Serbia by May. "The missions will prepare their report for May, when the European Commission will transfer this issue to a political level of the EU member states. It is to be expected that we will receive additional suggestions then," said he. Djelic also said that "talks were held with Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bilt to undertake decisive measures" that would allow Serbian citizens to travel to the EU countries without visas, once Sweden takes over the rotating EU presidency in the second half of this year. "A big technical job is ahead of us to complete", he continued. The EC delegation will stay in Serbia for a week, meeting with government officials and those from some ministries.
