European Parliament Rapporteur for Serbia Jelko Kacin said today that Serbia’s biggest problem is that it is standing still, “dithering”. Kacin met in Brussels on Wednesday with a delegation from the Association of Vojvodina Hungarians, headed by party leader Istvan Pastor, and Chairman of the Serbian Parliamentary European Integration Committee Laslo Varga.
