Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac has told the BBC that NATO made a great mistake by forming the Kosovo Security Forces. He said that Serbia could not comprehend that such a force could be formed in a situation where Kosovo “represents a black hole of organized crime in Europe.” MoD: NATO made grave mistake “It is especially incomprehensible that this brigade of 2,500 people is led by a lieutenant-general.
