G17 Plus Vice President Suzana Grubjesic said that while Serbia is going through an economic and energy crisis, there isn’t a no political. G17: No crisis, no clash with Democrats “We do not expect new elections, but we are not afraid of them either,” Grubjesic told daily Vecernje novosti. She also said that there are no plans to replace any of the party’s cabinet ministers, “because they are working well, doing their jobs and regularly reporting to the party,” adding that there have been "no conflicts" with the Democratic Party (DS). “It is normal in a democracy to have differing opinion on different questions, which is normal for all coalition governments. If we all had the same stance we would all be in one party,” Grubjesic said. “The New Year has started well, the government has dealt well with the energy and economic crisis,” she continued, adding that the government is stable and that it is "very likely" that it will last for its entire mandate. Commenting on rumors that a government reshuffle could be in the works, Grubjesic said that she would not enter a coalition with the Serb Progressive Party "until leader Tomislav Nikolic proves that he has stopped being a Radical". “That means that he must support Serbia’s entrance into the EU, market economy, rule of law and to stop with the cheap populism and social demagogy,” this G17 Plus official said. G17 Plus is led by Mladjan Dinkic, minister of economy in the Cvetkovic cabinet.
