"Relations between Montenegro, Serbia improving"

He said that Montenegro has show that it acts " honestly and essentially" when it comes to cooperation with Serbia and all other neighbors. “We in Montenegro understand that good neighborly relations are one of the conditions for European integration. We hope that all our neighbors will understand that and act accordingly,” Rocen said.
