Poster case postponed again His attorney Milorad Panjevic was fined RSD 50,000 by Judge Dusan Milenkovic for failing to show up in court this morning. Simonovic was also informed by the court that he would have a defense attorney imposed if his attorney fails to attend the next trial session, scheduled for December 18. The defendant told the court that Panjevic was not obstructing the procedure, but was "unable to be in two places at the same time", since he had a scheduled trial in Novi Sad. Earlier, Simonovic said that his intention with the posters was not to threaten anyone, but to voice his revolt against the signing of the SAA, adding that he would do the same again if given the chance. A prison term of up to three years could await Simonovic if he is found guilty of the charges.
