Police in Belgrade say they arrested 24 persons last night after the football derby in the capital. Ahead of the start of the game between Red Star and Partizan, a number of fans used stones "and other tools" to attack Gendarmes, injuring five of them, and one civilian, MUP said in a statement. Hooligans arrested in wake of derby Three more were hurt in the hooligan clashes that ensued during and after the game, while two buses were damaged.
