Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic wants to improve the administration’s relations with citizens and business. Djelic said that he had spoken with Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic regarding the issue yesterday. Regarding the problem of the lack of readers for the new electronic personal identification cards, Djelic held a second meeting today of the inter-ministry working group responsible for solving the problem. State and business institution officials reported to Djelic on steps taken to acquire and install the new readers. The next meeting of the working group is planned for the last week in August, when Djelic will ensure that all the necessary tasks have been completed, and will take disciplinary action against those failing to meet their commitments, the statement added. Regarding the problem of the lack of readers for the new electronic personal identification cards, Đelić held a second meeting today of the inter-ministry working group responsible for solving the problem.
