A Kosovo Serb has been detained on Tuesday because he allegedly threatened one of the Kosovo police, KPS, members. The man was identified as S. Vulovic of Lesak, in northern, Serb-dominated areas of the province. Kosovo: Serb arrested "for threatening KPS" Regional KPS spokesman Besim Hoti said that Vulovic was arrested "because he threatened to kill a policeman who stopped his truck". The Serb was handed over to a judge and is facing charges of "threatening an on-duty official".
