The District Court in Sabac has upheld the Electoral Commission’s (RIK) decision to hold re-votes at four polling stations. Voting will be repeated at the Kamenjak 1 and Jelenca 1 stations, as well as in the villages of Sinosevic and Bogosavac. Sabac: Re-vote at four polling stations There are 3,948 registered voters at these locations. The Democratic Party’s (DS) list received the most votes at these stations in the last elections. Sabac has a total of 104,815 registered voters, and the turnout was 63.52 percent. Four parties and the DS entered the local assembly—the DS received 38.4 percent of the vote, the SRS 27.02 percent, the DSS-NS 9.8 percent, and the Socialists 6.8 percent. The G17 Plus and the SPO-LDP coalition just failed to pass the census with 4.5 and 4.6 percent respectively. The two parties needed about 300 more votes to enter parliament. The re-vote will be held on May 18.
