After a two-day break the newspapers are back in business, and lead with stories about a fatal dog attack and announced investments into Serbia's car industry. ALO—"[Man] Lets Rottweiler bite neighbor to death", is about an incident near Smederevo when a 49-year-old was allegedly mauled to death by a neighbor's dog – the neighbor then disposed of the body by throwing it in a well. "Italian investment awaits new government", is the newspaper's take on the Fiat memorandum. Dragan Sutanovac of the Democratic Party (DS) is interviewed: "DS will win majority with ethnic minorities". KURIR—"Naked Biljana Srbljanovic", the tabloid says, as it prints photos of the Liberal-Democrats (LDP) Belgrade mayor hopeful, taken from a film she appeared in. "What did they sign", says that the SAA also binds Serbia to import genetically modified food. POLITIKA—Outgoing PM Vojislav Kostunica, who is also the leader of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) is interviewed on the front page: "Agreement with EU is attempt at deceit" – excepts from the interview can be found here. PRESS—"Horrible crime!", the tabloid says of the Rottweiler incident. "Toma, Voja and Djilas favorites", says that while the Radicals (SRS) and the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) look set to win the parliamentary vote next weekend, the mayor of Belgrade may easily come from the ranks of the Democrats (DS).
