The Sunday papers report a variety of news, mostly related to elections and Kosovo. GLAS JAVNOSTI—The daily reports about yesterday's informal meeting of EU foreign ministers in Slovenia: "Serbia to immediately get EU signature". Press: Campaigning picks up Former SPS and JUL official Aleksandar Vulin, is now a member of the newly formed Movement of Socialists, and is interviewed by the paper: "West thinks Serbia is too large even without Kosovo". As for Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, and his statement given to the Italian prosecutors in Bari, "Djukanovic's cowardly act", the front page says. VECERNJE NOVOSTI—President Boris Tadic, who is also the leader of the Democrats (DS), is interviewed by the newspaper, "They are partitioning Kosovo without agreement", details from the article here. "Battle for Belgrade", looks at the local elections, which will take place along with the parliamentary vote, on May 11. "Before the court, then to new negotiations", Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic is interviewed, and talks about Serbia's diplomatic strategy for Kosovo. PRESS—"Political perversions", the daily looks at strange coalitions forged in the Serbian political scene. "Woman butchers mother-in-law with axe", is about a grisly crime in a village near Krusevac in central Serbia.
