A former state security (BIA) chief has confirmed that a criminal complaint has been filed against him. Goran Petrovic, who headed BIA during the Djindjic government, and the police (MUP) chief from the same period, Dusan Mihajlovic, are suspected of illegal wiretapping, Petrovic has confirmed. Petrovic said that he was recently told the court has now decided to open an investigation.
