An estimated 1,200 legal immigrants are expected to be expelled from Italy under a new public security law. The decree approved Friday enables local authorities in Italy to expel legal immigrants, even those from European Union countries, if they are found to pose a threat to society, ANSA, the Italian news agency, reported Saturday.
