Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic will embark on a two-day official visit to Israel, it was announced this afternoon. Jeremic is set to travel to the Israeli capital Thursday, for meetings with Israel's President Shimon Peres, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni. Foreign minister travels to Jerusalem During his visit to Jerusalem, Jeremic will also meet with Patriarch Theophilos III and lay a wreath at the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. Jeremic will end his official visit with a Tel Aviv lecture on the foreign policies of Serbia and Israel at the University for State Administration, Diplomacy and Strategy.
