Podgorica, Belgrade boost defense ties

Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic and Serbian Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac met in Podgorica Tuesday. They voiced their satisfaction with the conclusion of a cooperation agreement between Montenegrin and Serbian Defense Ministries, which will improve cooperation between the two countries' armies. Podgorica, Belgrade boost defense ties Vujanovic voiced his belief that cooperation in all sectors of external security will be realized and that both Montenegro and Serbia will be dedicated to this joint interest, his office said in a statement. The statement added that Sutanovac had reiterated the Serbian Army's interest in ensuring closeness and cooperation between the two countries' militaries through education, special-purpose industry and other fields.
