A former Bosnian Serb army (VRS) general was arrested in Banja Luka today. The retired high ranking officer was identified as Novak Djukic. The Bosnian prosecution charges him with war crimes. Djukic was transferred to the prosecution during the day, where he will be interrogated. The decision will then be made on whether to remand him in custody.
