Gerard Selman says Republic of Srpska (RS) legal experts and the high representative have settled some of their differences. The RS justice minister said that they had discussed their views regarding the changes to the decision-making process within the Bosnian Council of Ministers announced by Miroslav Lajcak on October 19. Progress made in Bosnian dispute Selman said that Lajcak's changes needed to be amended with the addition of several key points insisted on by RS legal experts. There was no discussion of the proposed amendments to the Bosnian Parliamentary Rulebook, Selman said, adding that the matter would be addressed once all issues regarding the work of the Council of Ministers had been taken care of.
