CEVES: Inflation between 8.5 and 9.5%

The Centre for Advanced Economic Studies (CEVES) released its inflation projections Saturday. Overall inflation from the beginning of the year through September reached 6.9 percent, the center said. CEVES: Inflation between 8.5 and 9.5% In case the trend of the September monthly growth continued, by the end of the year, inflation might be as high as 9.5 percent, CEVES representatives said. The center assessed that the total inflation figure in 2007 could be somewhere between 8.5 and 9.5 percent, and that with the September base inflation of approximately one percent, base inflation would be somewhat lower than five percent.
