Ten days ahead of talks on the future status of Kosovo in Vienna, Belgrade has yet to form its own negotiating team. Talks will be conducted on the basis of separate meetings between the mediating Contact Group and representatives from Belgrade and Pristina. Belgrade still without negotiating team Dusan Prorokovic, a secretary with the Ministry for Kosovo, announced that matters regarding the team line-up would be clarified in the next few days. "Judging by previous rounds of talks, I think the structure speaks for itself. On the other hand, when it comes to the team’s personal line-up, we need to find out what format the talks will take," said the minister. He added that the issue of the composition of the team would only be settled once the government was informed of the negotiation's format.
