Đinđić trial judge receives threats

“I am disturbed since I received these MMS messages to my official number and will now ask all to allow this court to do its job in peace”, Judge Mesarović said, without specifying the content of the messages.

The trial of the persons accused of plotting and executing the murder of late prime minister Zoran Đinđić continued today.

The hearing at the Special department of the Belgrade district court continued with witness and expert testimonies.

Beside the first accused Milorad Ulemek, 12 others stand trial accused of Đinđić’s assassination, while five persons remain at large.
