“We found a model for a decentralization of the government, but we avoided all forms of secessionism. Vojvodina received more jurisdiction and more funds, but does not have para-state rights.” Stojković said, adding that after 103 years, this is the first constitution based on the will of the people.

Stojković, an official of the Democratic Party of Serbia, commented the boycott call of Liberal Democratic Party leader Čedomir Jovanović, stating that Jovanović entered the parliament in small shoes and left as one of the richest people.

“You don’t do anything three years, but you have fabulous amounts of money. That will have to be explained.” Stojković said.
