ANKARA At least 18 people have been killed and 22 others injured in two blasts in the Turkish town of Reyhanli, near the border with Syria. Two cars exploded in front of the municipality building and the post office in the southern province of Hatay, a few kilometers from the main border crossing into Syria, Turkish Interior Minister Muammer Guler told reporters.
