SEOUL North Korea has released a new propaganda video that shows President Barack Obama in flames of a nuclear explosion. The video was posted on YouTube on Monday, two weeks after a video showing New York in flames after an apparent missile attack. North Korea’s video shows Obama in flames Both videos were uploaded by the North’s official website, Uriminzokkiri, which distributes news and propaganda from the state media. The new video depicts Obama and U.S. troops in flames and explains that the North was forced into conducting its latest nuclear test by U.S. hostility. “The North’s high-level nuclear test aimed at U.S. invaders, is the nuclear deterrent to safeguard our sovereignty,” one caption read. The video showed images of Obama waving and preparing to deliver his State of the Union address – all superimposed against a background of rising flames. It ended with an animated sequence of a nuclear bomb being detonated in an underground bunker and the message: “The whole world is now watching. The U.S. must answer now.” The North’s latest test was its biggest yet in terms of explosive yield and, according to Pyongyang, marked a breakthrough in its efforts to develop a “miniaturized” warhead that could fit on a ballistic missile. The first video showing New York in flames was removed because it used images from the "Call of Duty" video game. The makers of the game, California-based Activision, filed a copyright complaint. North Korean threatened South Korea with “final destruction” during a UN debate on Tuesday and warned that it could make “the second and third steps” after the nuclear test. “If the U.S. takes a hostile approach toward the DPRK to the last, rendering the situation complicated, it (North Korea) will be left with no option but to take the second and third stronger steps in succession," North Korean diplomat Jon Yong Ryong stressed.
