ROME Three people were killed on Tuesday when their car fell off a bridge that collapsed in the region of Tuscany. The region has been hit by the second day of heavy flooding. The central regions of Tuscany and Umbria have been experiencing flooding for for two days now, that came in the wake of heavy rains that led to flooding of rivers in several places. Yesterday, one person was killed and more than 100 people had to leave their homes. At the same time, thousands were left without electricity in the towns of Orbetello and Albini, as the governor of Tuscany, Enrico Rossi, asked for help of the army.
