The Basque regional authorities in northern Spain were quick to react to the latest news from Kosovo. As the ethnic Albanians in the province unilaterally declared independence, which Serbia considers illegal, and Spain says will refuse to recognize, the separatist Basque region officials say it’s a "lesson to be learned from."
