Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has avoided a citizen’s arrest in Hong Kong when 29-year-old Tom Grundy tied to arrest him for war crimes. Grundy, who runs the Global Citizens website, walked towards Blair a few minutes into the address on “faith and globalization” at Hong Kong University (HKU) with the intention of apprehending him.
