Prosecutors have filed a fresh charge against Ukraine's former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.

Prosecutors have filed a fresh charge against Ukraine's former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. Tymoshenko told the Interfax-Ukraine news agency that "they have lodged an additional charge, of embezzlement of USD 120,000." Tymoshenko said the sum in question had been paid by the government to the Ukraine Treasury's account. The former PM on the first charge alone faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
