Biljana Vujasinovic, one of Radio B92 founders, passes away

She was the station's recognizable voice, and editor for many years of its most influential news programs, as well as editor in chief of the Radio B92 news desk.

Vujasinovic covered political topics, and reported about activities of parties in the early years. She reported from Kosovo several times, and later from the National Assembly.

Vujasinovic joined Radio Belgrade after Radio B92 ceased to exist.

She was a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade.

Vujasinovic will be laid to rest on Thursday in Pancevo. A commemorative gathering will be organized on Wednesday by Radio Belgrade.
