The statement, posted on the MFA website, said that after the June 26 terrorist attacks in Sousse and the introduction of a state of emergency on July 4, "there is the danger of new terrorist attacks in that country."

Serbians already in Tunisia are advised to avoid tourist trips and places of mass gatherings, and advises Serbian tourists now in Tunisia to be prepared to, in case the security situation deteriorates, leave the country as quickly as possible.

The MFA also suggested that Serbian citizens should be in contact with representatives of their travel agencies. They can also contact the Serbian embassy via the following phone numbers: +21671 780-624; + 21671 794-626; + 21671 783-057; or via email: amb.serbia@gnet.tn
