BELGRADE Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic welcomed on Wednesday in Belgrade his Cypriot counterpart Dimitris Christofias. Christofias, who is heading a state delegation to the first summit of the two countries, was officially welcomed in a ceremony at the Serbian Presidency building. Serbian, Cypriot leaders exchange state decorations After the meeting, the Serbian president presented Christofias with the Order of the Republic of Serbia on a sash, and received from him the Grand Collar of the Order of Makarios III. After the meeting, the Serbian president presented Christofias with the Order of the Republic of Serbia on a sash, and received from him the Grand Collar of the Order of Makarios III.
