BELGRADE The B92 Fund has teamed up with several organizations to mark Safer Internet Day on Tuesday in Serbia. The fund in joined by Save the Children, the Administration for the Digital Agenda, and USCE Shopping Center. Serbia marks Safer Internet Day The day is marked globally, while Serbia is taking part for the fourth time. Children and young persons, as well as their parents will on Tuesday, February 7, have an opportunity to take part in "virtual and real" games and activities aimed at promoting safety on the internet. This will be taking place on the 2nd floor of the USCE center, starting at 10 o'clock in the morning, and through 10 p.m All visitors, regardless of age, will be offered advice in order to raise public awareness about the risks and dangers that children are exposed to when they go online. Safer Internet Day is taking place each February, organized by Insafe (www.saferinternet.org). The project was launched in 2004 as part of the EU project SafeBorders. It is now marked in more than 70 countries worldwide. B92
