B92 Fund’s Battle for Babies campaign has received the biggest individual donation so far that will enable the purchase of ten new baby incubators. Milan Popovic,owner of Amalco Group, personally donated EUR 100,000 for the purchase of ten incubators that will soon help prematurely born babies in their everyday fight for life. Biggest individual donation in incubator campaign The B92 Fund has announced that the donation is intended for the purchase of new baby incubators that will be given to several health institutions in Vojvodina. Thanks to this donation, the need for incubators in health institutions across Serbia has almost been fulfilled. According to the donor’s personal wish, the incubators will be given to Children’s Hospital in Novi Sad, Health Centers in Pancevo, Vrsac, Vrbas, Sombor, Zrenjanin, Senta and Kikinda and Institute for Neonatology and Universtity Children's Hospital in Belgrade. Popovic has been taking part in many humanitarian campaigns for years. He gives monthly donations to soup kitchens, contributions to church and has reconstructed numerous sports fields in schools and parks across Vojvodina and in Belgrade so youth could turn to sports and recreation. “We are encouraged by this personal donation, both when it comes to the ‘Battle for Babies’ and development of philanthropy and donations in our country in general. B92 Fund is additionally encouraged by this to continue the campaign even after funds for the purchase of 100 incubators have been raised, in order to buy as many incubators as possible and that way help babies and our country’s health system. We will continue to animate donors for the purchase of necessary respirators, heated beds and other equipment which neonatology wards in Serbia need,” said B92 Fund President Veran Matic.

The B92 Fund has announced that the donation is intended for the purchase of new baby incubators that will be given to several health institutions in Vojvodina. Thanks to this donation, the need for incubators in health institutions across Serbia has almost been fulfilled.
