Serbia’s Under-21s open their European Championship Finals campaign against Italy in Helsingborg tonight, with kick-off scheduled for 20:45 CET. The two sides also met in the opener of the previous finals in Holland in 2007, when Serbia triumphed 1-0. The other two teams in Group A, the hosts Sweden and Belarus, meet in Malmo at 18.15 CET.
