The 67th Ravnogorski Convention is taking place on Ravna Gora mountain under the motto “Reconciliation through Truth”. The convention is being organized by the Association for Preserving the Legacy of the Ravnogorski Movement and the Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO). Ravnogorski Movement holding annual convention Association member and head of the SPO’s public relations department Milena Popovic oulined to B92 the schedule for this year’s convention. “Aleksandar Cotric will address the crowd, telegrams will be read out from Prince Aleksandar Karadjordjevic and Movement members from abroad. A rich cultural program has been planned. At the end of the convention, Professor of Architecture Spasoje Krunic will a open a photographic exhibition to mark the SPO’s 18th anniversary,” said Popovic. She could not confirm whether SPO leader Vuk Draskovic would be attending the convention since, as she put it, he was busy in talks over forming a new government. The Ravnogorski Movement was created on May 13, 1941 on Ravna Gora mountain by Colonel Dragoljub Mihailovic of the Yugoslav Army.
