Serbia’s Đoković through to Australian Open final

MELBOURNE -- World's best tennis player Novak Đoković is through to the Australian Open final after he defeated Spain's David Ferrer in the semi-final match on Thursday.

Đoković won in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2, 6-1.

Serbia's best tennis player drew a convincing victory against Ferrer after only hour and a half.

In the match for the third consecutive title on Sunday, Đoković will play against the winner of the second semi-final match between Briton Andy Murray and Switzerland's Roger Federer on Friday.

In matches against Đoković, Federer has the upper hand with the 16-13 score while Đoković has the lead in matches against Murray, 10-7.

BELGRADE -- A woman is believed to have committed suicide on Thursday evening by jumping off the fifth floor of a building in Belgrade's central Kneza Miloša Street.
