The military production part of the Sloboda factory in Cacak has been hit with a series of explosions; it has been confirmed that no one was injured. MUP Emergency Situations Sector chief Predrag Maric said earlier today that the first explosion happened at around 16:30 CET in an isolated storage facility and that "most likely there have been no casualties". No casualties in factory blasts A series of smaller detonations were still heard 45 minutes after the initial blast at the factory in the central Serbian town. Police had the entrance to the factory blocked, as thick smoke was seen rising from its grounds. The cause of the accident is still unknown.
