Extreme temperatures are expected in Serbia for the rest of the week. Doctors are advising citizens to refrain from spending long periods of time in the sun. Extreme heat wave hits Serbia Also, people with heart problems, asthma, high blood pressure, the elderly and babies, should not be outside in between 11:00 and 17:00 CET. Citizens are being advised to wear hats and carry umbrellas and to wear cotton clothes while drinking a lot of liquids.
