Hate crimes trials continue
According to reports, the suspects “abused and endangered the safety of those in attendance by promoting national and racial hatred.”During today’s proceedings, the witnesses confirmed that the indictees disrupted the conference on November 9, 2005 and instilled fear into the attendees with their behavior.
It was also confirmed that several of the suspects through Nacionalni Stroj pamphlets, though none of the witnesses could confirm who exactly did it.
The defense will call witnesses tomorrow and on Thursday there will be expert witnesses and video footage of the conference and incident shown.
If the suspects are convicted, they could face in between one and eight years of prison time.
