4.8 earthquake in Kosovo

The Seismological Survey of Serbia has confirmed that an earthquake of a magnitude of 4.8 degrees Richter was recorded in Kosovo. According to this, the epicenter was near the town of Istok, in the northwestern part of the province. 4.8 earthquake in Kosovo An earthquake of this magnitude can possibly cause damage to weak structures, Seismological Survey Dirctor Branko Dragicevic told B92. No injuries were reported from the earthquake that was felt in the towns of Kosovska Mitrovica, Zubin Potok and Pristina. There have been no reports about any material damage thus far.
