According to media reports, the two other suspects are a Greek and a British man of Serbian descent.

After the hearing, the suspects returned to the detention unit in Zakynthos, where they will remain until Tuesday morning when they will be brought before the investigating judge.

This information that came from Greek media has been confirmed by the Serbian Foreign Ministry.

"The detained Serbian citizens have been visited by the honorary consul of Serbia in Kefalonia, Viktor Ruhas, who talked with them and with the chief of the Greek police in Zakynthos," a statement said, adding:

"The arrested Serbian citizens did not have any objections to their treatment in custody. The embassy is in contact with competent Greek authorities and provides our citizens with all available consular assistance."

The six Serbs were arrested on Friday over the killing of an African American, Bakari Henderson, that occurred after a quarrel in a nightclub. According to Greek media reports, Hederson was beaten to death.

In such situations, the practice is to try foreign nationals in the country where the crime was committed.

Lawyer Aleksandar Cvetic reveals that the Greek authorities are not benevolent towards foreigners charged with such a criminal offense.

He advises the suspects' families to hire a lawyer from Serbia.

The fight on Zakynthos reportedly broke out due to "a photograph (I.e., a selfie) being taken with a waitress." Given that this is not the only version of the story, the cause and the way the American was killed will be determined by the police.

Belgrade media, meanwhile, identified the Serbian suspects with their initials and age as N.P. (18), S. S. (21), M. S. (25), M. I. (18), S. P. (22) and N. J. (22).

It is said that come from Novi Sad, Obrenovac, Belgrade and Zitoradje, and went to Greece on a bus that departed from Novi Sad, organized by a Belgrade travel agency.
