Kovac told Radio Belgrade that "the issue of the visit will be clarified in communication between the two presidents' cabinets."

"I will have the opportunity to discuss this with Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic in Amsterdam during an informal meeting, and I'm certain that we will in the further dialogue of the two governments contribute to better arranging relations between Serbia and Croatia," he said.

Kovac said that "the situation will calm down through communications," and added: "There are problems there, but we will solve them step by step in good spirits."
