Russia sends aid to flood-affected areas of Bosnia
A Russian airplane carrying 38 tons of humanitarian aid for the areas affected by the May floods landed on Thursday in Sarajevo.Source: Tanjug
The assistance, sent by the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations, contains food products to be distributed in both entities of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and in the Brčko District.
Entity offices of the Red Cross will organize the distribution, the RS public broadcaster RTRS is reporting.
In May, Russia sent a cargo plane to Banja Luka, RS, that delivered generators, water pumps, tents, blankets, food, and hygiene products.
