Croatian President Ivo Josipovic has denied that he congratulated Day of the Serb Republic (RS) to RS President Milorad Dodik. The office of Croatian president dismisses as false the claims that President Ivo Josipovic congratulated the 20th anniversary to RS, said a statement. Josipovic denies he congratulated RS Day Official state messages on behalf of Croatia to countries marking their statehood day are sent only to sovereign states, it is said in the release reported by the Croatian media Tuesday morning. Croatia honors the Constitution of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and the structure determined by the Dayton Agreement. In accordance with that, the Croatian presidents wishes to cooperate with the representatives of all constitutive peoples and all citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Josipovic's office released. The Croatian media reported that Dodik stated for the Radio Television of RS that Josipovic sent his congratulations on the anniversary of the founding of the Serb entity in Bosnia.
