Former Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sander will go before the Salzburg court again on May 9, when the court is expected to rule on his extradition. Salzburg court Deputy President and Spokesman Imre Juhasz told Austrian news agency APA that judge Claudia Lechner was still waiting for documents from Croatia, and that if they arrived by May 9, the decision regarding the extradition could be made then. The former Croatian PM has been imprisoned in Salzburg since December 10, 2010, when he was arrested on a Croatian warrant charging him with corruption.
