"Sufficient evidence" against Šarić brother

Montenegro Supreme State Prosecutor Ranka Carapic says her office has enough evidence against Dusko Saric. The brother of fugitive drug boss Darko Saric will be charged with involvement in a criminal network. "Sufficient evidence" against Saric brother Carapic added that he was therefore put into custody. Carapic refuted the claims of Saric's defense lawyers that his arrest and custody are without grounds. “The prosecution would not have launched the proceeding without sufficient evidence and data of Dusko Saric's involvement in a criminal network which is being processed by the Public Prosecutor's Office in Italy,” Carapic stated for the Montenegrin national television. Carapic reiterated that a special prosecutor will also open a financial investigation regarding this case. The defense lawyers of Dusko Saric, Josif Mickovic i Kasim Dizdarevic, said earlier that the custody imposed on their client is without grounds.
