Opposition leader ends hunger strike

Montenegrin opposition politician from the Serb List Andrija Mandic yesterday ended a hunger strike he had started 13 days earlier. Madic, protesting the Montenegrin government's decision to recognize Kosovo Albanians' unilateral declaration of independence, was taken to the emergency ward of a Podgorica hospital on Saturday due to his fast deteriorating health.
